For that reason I’ve taken the time to cold call (yes, I called them) dozens of highly rated hotels across Miami in various price ranges to find a perfect hotel with bathroom doors for every type of traveler.

Kasa El Paseo Miami Beach

This cute hotel is a perfect find for people who want to walk out of their room every day and be in the city. Located right on right on Española Way, Kasa El Paseo is also a great find for groups that want an AirBnB type stay, without a million hidden fees and “cleaning costs”. Just be warned, it can get a bit loud at night, bring your own white noise. But for bathroom doors in every room? I think you can manage.

There’s a common misconception that if you want to travel on a budget, you need to accept that you won’t have a bathroom door. That’s not true, and Calle Ocho proves it. The hotel offers a comfortable and stylish place to stay a bit outside the heart of Miami. It’s a perfect choice if you’re passing through the city heading to your cruise.

Alamo Hotel

Only a few blocks from the beach, Hotel Alamo offers the perfect set up for people who like privacy and saving money while on vacation in Miami. The rooms are stylish, but if you are roadtripping into Miami you may have difficulty finding parking around the hotel.

I love when a budget hotel doesn’t sacrifice on the location, or bathroom doors. The majority of suites also offer kitchenettes making it even easier to save money while visiting the city. Where this hotel does save money is the decor, but do you really need paintings on your walls if you can go outside everyday and enjoy Miami beaches? Then go home at night to enjoy the privacy of a fully closing bathroom door?
